Hampshire Conservatory Roof Solutions is protected by a two year workmanship guarantee and public liability cover of £5000,000.

Metrotile Lightweight Steel Roofing tiles are also covered by their own manufacturers warranty, including a weatherproof guarantee of 40 years. 

Subject to the applicable terms and conditions, Metrotile UK expressly guarantee as follows:

Weather Security:  That each Metrotile comprised in the roof, installed in compliance with the manufacturer's installation guidelines and normal standards of good workmanship, will remain weatherproof for not less than forty years from the date of this guarantee.

The obligation of Metrotile UK, in the event of a claim under this guarantee, shall be limited solely to the supply of replacement products or the supply of the nearest available substitute at the time of the claim.
